Firefox has quickly transformed from "ONE OF THE BEST BROWSERS OF ALL TIME!" to a second-rate, constantly crashing piece of shit. I believe that this is a CONCERTED EFFORT by Google to get people to switch to Chrome. Since plugin-container.exe does NOTHING to reduce crashes, it is likely just a ploy to get Firefox to use 100% of TWO of your cores (or completely waste your CPU if you just have one core). Internet Explorer is now MORE STABLE than Firefox! Something must be done to help restore Firefox to its 1337, "function over flair," well-written, non-crashing glory!

So, any ideas?

Pic related: It's the guy who wants Firefox to look more like Chrome.

This is just a small idea at the moment, but whatever. I think something this big should be gradually worked on, anyways.

Whatever.

I was thinking the same thing. Sites are too vulnerable. If we had a large number of mirrors, they couldn't pull shit like this.

Issue is how to keep the mirrors in sync.

As you know, the strongest line in defending not only internet freedom, but human freedoms in general, is Wikileaks. Julian Assange is now a wanted man, dubbed an "international fugitive," and he is STILL fighting the good fight. Shitty thing it is when people want to stop that fight in its tracks, but we all knew it was bound to happen. So, while we can't lolh4xx0rz the guvm3nt or DerpDerpOS the president, we CAN remove the more immediate and potential obstacles to the dispersion of information online.

The most recent and notable of these obstacles is th3j35t3r, a self-proclaimed faggotfaceer (in reality, he DoSs sites for hours at a time and brings them down for up to 30 minutes) and freedom fighter. He takes down "terrorist networks" with his DoS "attacks" to make them feel unsafe and switch to a less secure channel of communications.

"faggotfacetivist for good. Obstructing the lines of communication for terrorists, sympathizers, fixers, facilitators, oppressive regimes and other general bad guys"

His posts are defined by the tages #js or #justsaying, and when he accomplishes his super 1337 task he boasts "TANGO DOWN."

Here, I propose Tango Down.

Tango Down will effectively neutralize this target in any way we can. No, he is not an immediate threat, but he is unnecessary and will no doubt prove to be some kind of obstacle in the future. Why not get him out of the way now and flourish on?

Some preliminary dox on this guy:

yes this guy needs to go down. I remember reading some article about him trying to make an anonymous network of faggotfaceers and make some program called xerxes which apparently has a lot of videos of him using it

http://its.goofyti.me/u/http://www.infosecurity-magazine.com/view/6327/jester-exmilitary-faggotfaceer-takes-the-distributed-out-of-DerpDerpOS-attacks/ it's an oldish article so he has been doing this for a while
>> No. 3311
http://its.goofyti.me/u/http://vimeo.com/user4111913 or maybe we somehow manipulate him into releasing this xerxes tool? it may be less useful than we hope but it could be the ultimate one man DerpDerpOS tool to wreak havoc across the web

It is our job to do this, fellow Anons.

Pirate Parties and faggotfaceer clubs could be allies. Altough I think Anonymous shouldn't be associated with any political party.

Anyways, I'm also in favor of getting Operation Payback into the streets in a similiar way to Project Chanology. It could create long lasting major butthurt towards Wikileak's enemies and almost more important could take us to a new level of protests against Corporates, Copywrong and ACTA.

Anonymous, I think we have become the founding fathers of the next step in the evolution of democracy. With it's almost godly amount of information, the Wikileaks cables have finally exposed everything we have always feeled to be powerless against. All the big companies and global players about which we always knew that they were full of corruption are now exposed. So let's make sure our protest is not just a spark in a light bulp.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, if it's not I apologise in advance. This is not a 'operation' per se but the message in the video is equally important.
Cheers and please consider, when the time comes, standing up for the truth ... no matter what it may be.

Not sure what the current state of affairs is, but if credit card companies are the target swim thought of a way to really hurt them.

Either ham'd/steal/wipe with magnet all of those 'gift cards' that visa/mastercard have in shops right now. Do this to every single one and it would hurt them big as people couldn't buy them as presents and they'd have to rush restock/manufacture them. Just an idea, not sure if people are up for IRL stuff.
>> No. 3418
To do this you put a magnet in between two of your fingers then pick up the cards while making it look like you are reading the packaging. Before you go into the shop thinly spread superglue on your fingers to eliminate fingerprints and wait for it to dry.
